Our sailing courses typically start every Monday at 9:30 AM. After a warm welcome and donning life jackets, we head straight to the water. We emphasize practical learning of fundamentals and the enhancement of existing skills.
Familiarizing with different boat types is as important to us as independent action. Whether for children or adults, we aim to nurture self-sufficient sailors.
Sailing Basic Course / Beginner Course
Our Sailing Basic Course - Beginner Course primarily focuses on practical training, covering:
- Setting sails
- Mooring and casting off
- Wind courses
- Tacking
- Jibing
Additionally, the course includes theory lessons covering:
- Boat kNowledge
- Legal regulations
- General behavioral rules
- Environmental protection
- Knot tying
The course aims to achieve the Sailing Basic Certificate.
Courses start every Monday at 09:30 AM and consist of 4.5 hours of daily instruction. Towards the end of the week, participants have the opportunity for free practice.

Children's Sailing Course
Our Children's Sailing Course is designed for all 7-12-year-olds. On our dinghies, children learn the ropes of handling lines and boats in a playful manner while having plenty of fun.
After the initial familiarization, typically with a more stable training boat like the Caravelle, children soon transition to our smaller dinghies such as Laser 13, Laser Radial, and Opti.
Course Start: Mondays at 09:30 AM
Course End: Friday at noon
Daily Instruction: 4.5 hours

Sailing Taster Course
Our Sailing Taster Course offers 3 days or 1 week of half-day instruction, totaling 12 hours.
The Taster Course is perfect for vacationers who want to plan other activities or spend more time with family or friends but still wish to take a course. It's also ideal for sailors looking to refresh their kNowledge.
For beginners, the course starts every Monday at 9:30 AM. Advanced participants may join on Tuesday or Wednesday by arrangement.
Upgrading to a regular week-long course is easy and only requires payment of the price difference.

Advanced Course
We also offer a comprehensive program for advanced sailors. Our course typically aims to prepare participants for the Bfa examination, formerly kNown as the ÖSV-A certificate.
In addition to refining sailing skills, we focus extensively on theory. Proficiency in sailing is a prerequisite for this course.
We place significant emphasis on practical sailing and familiarizing participants with various types of boats.
Courses start every Monday at 09:30 AM and consist of 4.5 hours of daily instruction. Towards the end of the week, participants have the opportunity for free practice.

Perfection Course: Spinnaker, Trapeze, Capsize
Available upon request with a minimum of 3 participants, we offer a perfection course in catamaran sailing. This course covers techniques such as using spinnakers, sailing with a trapeze, deliberate capsize, and anchoring.
There's always something new to learn in sailing! Even after years of experience, I stand by that statement! With 6 years in the Austrian Tornado National Team, numerous world and European championships in various boat classes like Tornado, Soling, A-Cat, and Contender, as well as being the national champion in Tornado and Soling and participating in offshore races, I have gained extensive experience. Currently, I am part of the onshore crew at the Austrian Extreme 40 Team Red Bull Racing.
